Full Event Details:
This interdisciplinary course constitutes a socio-legal study of how, and with what outcomes, immigration, religious and cultural diversity, and terrorism is being managed in Britain. Drawing on insights from both European and non-European jurisdictions, the course will introduce students to contemporary debates, familiarises them with critical human rights issues, and appraises alternative possibilities of managing multicultural and pluri-legal challenges, including radicalisation and terrorism.
