This event is for mature students and will include sessions on student fees & funding, support from Student Services and a tour of the campus. Representatives will also be present from our four faculties in Arts; Education, Health & Social Care; Business, Law & Sport and Humanities & Social Sciences.

Full Event Details:

The day is for all mature students or students who are currently studying on the Access to Higher Education Diploma. Feedback from previous years was very positive and students felt the day prepared them to make a more informed choice about higher education.

The day will include information about student fees & funding, support from Student Services and a tour of the campus. There will also be an opportunity to speak to representatives from across the four faculties in Arts; Education, Health & Social Care; Business, Law & Sport and Humanities & Social Sciences.

We offer a range of activities which are delivered either online, at your school/college or on campus. We have activities to help students discover more about specific subjects, practical sessions on applying and preparing for university, insights into university life and opportunities to experience learning within our beautiful campus. We want our activities to be as flexible as possible and can work with teachers and advisers to build a custom activity to help your students understand topics that are most relevant and important to them.
