Our Education Liaison team provide a free service to Institutions across the UK in order to provide information, advice & guidance for students, parents, carers, teachers and advisers on topics related to Higher Education.

The Education Liaison team are able to deliver a number of talks and workshops, such as:

  • The benefits of Higher Education
  • Choosing what and where to study
  • Student finance and budgeting
  • Student life (delivered by our trained Student Ambassadors)
  • Personal statement masterclasses/ The UCAS application process
  • What Newman has to offer?
  • Routes into teaching
  • Mock interviews
  • QTS skills tests
  • Subject specific talks
  • Academic Visits: Subject-specific Talks

This service offers your school/college the opportunity to hear subject-specific talks from Newman academic staff at your institution. Newman offers a range of progression routes (including undergraduate, foundation and top up degrees) so talks can be tailored to students studying at a variety of levels.
