Our Sixth Form Conferences provide an excellent opportunity for students to enhance and enrich their current studies, gain an invaluable insight into the transition from Sixth Form into Higher Education and the chance to visit a university campus.

Full Event Details:

Friday 9th January 2015: 10.00am – 3.30pm ‘Year 12 and beyond Sixth Form Conference’

This conference offers a varied programme to prepare your students for exams, Higher Education and the world of work. Sessions include study skills and revision techniques, the UCAS Application Process and how to write an effective Personal Statement, as well as informative sessions on CV writing skills and interview techniques from members of the Learning Development Centre and a former Aston University student. A maximum of 30 places per school/college may be booked on the sixth form conference.
