A great opportunity for visitors to find out more about what being a student at the University of Bradford is like, and what opportunities will become available to them by studying for a Bachelor Degree in the area of social sciences & psychology.
Full Event Details:
Students will have the opportunity to take part in an experiment that feeds into the A2 Level curriculum for the AQA, Edexcel and OCR boards.
The experiment is a replication of a classic experiment from Cognitive Psychology – Peterson and Peterson (1959) experiment into the duration of short-term memory. Students will be able to participate in the experiment in our cognitive laboratory suite and then take part in a group discussion on the findings.
This group discussion will enable an engagement with research methods.
