Jazz Open Day

The Jazz Department welcomes you to the 2014 Open Day. Come and hear about the BMus and Masters programmes, meet some of the teaching staff and students and hear them in action. The jazz course is a welcoming and nurturing environment that trains young jazz musicians to the highest professional levels. There is a balance of learning traditional jazz alongside contemporary music and ethnic influences, as well as a strong community of composers constantly creating new original music for their peer group.
