Full event details
Organisations from the smallest start-ups in Tech City to the biggest giants of NASDAQ and the LSE pride themselves on being innovative. But what can innovation mean and how is it relevant to management theory and practice?
Take a whirlwind tour of some industry and non-profit case studies and consider some of the factors and influences of managing innovation. Explore what makes it different from typical management processes and how the challenges of innovation are shaping and impacting the markets and managers of today and tomorrow.
Consider the interdisciplinary form of modern management and how theories and craft of design, sociology, economics, psychology, computing, or music can inform decision-making and creativity.
Our Innovation Workshop will demonstrate an open innovation project using Agile project management methodologies and user stories to collaboratively develop a new product or service.
