We believe everyone should have the chance to attend Open Days. That's why we offer financial support to help cover your public transport travel costs and ensure you can join us.

What can I get?
You can claim between £20 and £65, depending on how far you travel.

£20 if you are travelling within Coventry and Warwickshire (all postcodes beginning with CV).

£35 if you are travelling within East or West Midlands (all postcodes beginning B, DE, DN, DY, HR, LD, LE, LN, MK, NG, NN, NP, OX, PE, S, SK, ST, SY, TF, WR, WS or WV).

£65 if you are travelling from outside the East or West Midlands.

Who can claim?
You must be based in the UK and have a UK bank account
We will reimburse a maximum of two claims per academic year
You can make one claim per household.

How and when can I claim?
At the Open Day, scan the QR code at the event help desk in The Hub building.

This will give you access to an online form to upload your public transport proof of purchase and make your claim.

If you came by bicycle take a photo of your bicycle (unlocked) on campus when you arrive and upload this to the online form.
