Film and television production – what you should expect
Chris talks about what sound and visual production is at university. He explains if you need to go to university to get into the film and television industry or if there are other pathways available.

He highlights the most important part of university for this sector and the skills you will develop which are useful for employment opportunities. Chris goes on to look at the entry requirements for this course and what you need to take into consideration before choosing the right university for you. He goes on to speak about the difference between film and television and breaks down the structure of this course. At university you will learn about theory as well as completing practical work, explains Chris. Finally, he talks about the different equipment you will be able to access and careers you can go into after you graduate.
