About Harper Adams University

The world needs new talent. There are problems to solve and we are developing the skills and technology to tackle them. Here at Harper Adams, we are taking on global challenges such as food security, sustainable technologies and natural resource management.

Most of our degrees have a 12-month placement year that allows students to apply the theoretical and practical knowledge from university in the real world. This, combined with excellent teaching (TEF GOLD), and our extensive industry networks has supported our students to secure one of the UK’s highest graduate employment rate (97.5% Graduate Outcomes, 2024).

School and college outreach/activity:

Our schools and colleges engagement team are keen to work closely with students, teachers, and careers advisors to inspire and encourage young people to explore the opportunities available at Higher Education and the rewarding career opportunities that follow.

We offer a wide range of opportunities across the year, online and face-to-face. Sessions and events range from Information Advice and Guidance around applying to Higher Education to course specific academic sessions and residentials.

We can also work with you should you wish to discuss bespoke visits to campus or other opportunities for engagement.
