The Countdown to the UCAS Deadline series is designed for anyone who’s feeling unsure about their Personal Statement, university finances, or last-minute university research — and the sessions will be useful whether or not you’re considering studying with us at Aberystwyth.

This second webinar is a clear, accessible 20-minute guide to the financial side of university. We’ll break down how student loans work, what support you may be entitled to, and what the reality of budgeting as a student actually looks like. We’ll also share simple cost-of-living tips and point you towards scholarships and extra help you might not know about.

It’s ideal for students who are holding back on their UCAS application because they’re worried about money, or who just want to feel more confident about what university will really cost.
