Full event details

Are some people born to lead or can leadership be learned? In this session we’ll ask loads of questions: what do leaders actually do? Are they the same as managers? What does a leader look like? What characteristics does a leader have? What makes for a good leader? What do they have to be good at? Why should we trust them? How can we choose them? Could you be a leader? Can anyone? We’ll do our best to answer these questions and meet some interesting characters. Spoiler alert – people have been trying to answer these questions for two thousand years!
