Brand mascots are a Marketing tool created to humanise products and to develop an emotional connection between the consumer and a product. A well-crafted brand mascot is memorable, tells a story and gives a brand personality. Familiar examples include The Michelin Man and Tony the Tiger. However, brand mascots have declined in popularity in recent years.
