Fake News: What is being done about disinformation?
In this session we will examine the phenomenon of disinformation that is attracting much attention from pundits and policy makers. We will define the problem and look at a number of models for dealing with it that are being developed in Europe, including the UK, exploring the concepts of self- and co-regulation and issues of liability and accountability. With Sally Broughton Micova.
