Title: Driverless cars of the future: myth or reality?

Using a scaled down ‘line following’ driverless car, students will explore the technology behind the car and the technical challenges. Working in teams, they will be given the task to design the on-board computer to travel around a course – the fastest team wins.

Session length: 2 hours (1 – 3pm)
