Fashion


Fashion Illustration

This hour long session will introduce students to the principles of fashion illustration through a practical workshop session, utilising contemporary mixed media and collage techniques to produce a fashion illustration for a magazine cover, figure drawing or using drawing as a design tool.

Textile Techniques

This hour long session will explore how to create effective textile techniques by transforming two-dimensional surfaces into three-dimensional form. This will involve a workshop demonstration followed by practical workshop where students will experiment with paper manipulation techniques.

Styling and Catwalk Management

This hour long session will cover the fundamental skills required for editorial styling and catwalk management. Students will be shown how to walk, pose and use the catwalk and styling to explore fashion.

Paper, Scissors, Frock

Students will explore the principles of making wearable creations using paper. This session is about using the construction process to push design and creativity.
