What would you do if you were Chancellor of the Exchequer? How do markets actually set prices? Why are some countries rich and others poor? What has economics got to do with life, love and rock music?! This day of mini-lectures, games and discussion will give you an idea of how economists can help in understanding the world around us. Through a range of interactive activities, you’ll find the answers to these questions - and more – and have the opportunity to find out what studying economics at university is really like from current students. We’ll also give you an idea of where your studies in economics might take you.
