10.30am-5.00pm
Following an introduction by Head of Conducting Sian Edwards, Academy conducting students demonstrate how they prepare scores and develop their conducting skills. The music featured will include Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for Strings and Stravinsky’s Dumbarton Oaks.
There will be an opportunity to conduct in a workshop at the end of the morning.
