The events cover various topics including:

Admissions policies: what the University is trying to achieve via its admissions policies, and why. The events held in Scotland will also address any updates regarding Curriculum for Excellence.

Application processes: competition for places, deferred entry, advanced entry, multiple applications, special circumstances, transfers from course to course.

Selection and offer-making: evaluation of qualifications, including qualifications taken early, breadth of study, contextual data, special circumstances, equal consideration and the gathered field, differential offer-making.
