Join us to explore how geographers, architects, landscape architects and city planners each confront this challenge within our cities, developing resilient solutions which also consider the wider social and economic impact.
How do we create a sustainable city?
During this interactive session you will join current students studying Geography, Urban Studies and Planning, Landscape Architecture and Architecture to hear different perspectives and techniques which can be used to create sustainable cities, drawing on their experiences from active projects and leading research.
With insight from each discipline, you will then have time to reflect on what you’ve learnt and suggest ways in which your own community could be made more sustainable using the techniques discussed.
