“What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candour, and more unashamed conversation.” – Glenn Close. In this session we will be exploring what is meant by mental health and wellbeing. We will briefly look across the lifespan - Pre cradle to post Grave.
This session will be taking place on Monday 27th June 2022 between 1 and 3 pm.
