If you’re interested in media or film production, and getting hands-on with the latest technology, this event is for you. Based at the David Puttnam Media Centre at the Sir Tom Cowie Campus, St Peter’s, you’ll be able to take advantage of our fantastic media facilities and learn from our highly experienced and skilled lecturing team, using first-class equipment.

During this event, you will bring a script to life. You will learn about genre, narrative, structure, character, and what makes a good script. Next, you will plan, shoot and edit your short film/tv script using our TV studio. You’ll experiment with multi-camera recordings, TV Studio lighting, and sound recording.



This event is suitable for Year 12 or Year 13 students with an interest in Film and Media.
