The masterclasses are available at our Performance Hub, Walsall Campus or at your Institution, see below:

Popular Music masterclasses at The Performance Hub:
- Performing at the Hub: a practical workshop session focussing on developing songwriting in a group setting
- Songwriting at the Hub: a practical session focussed on the Logic software platform to
generate creative songwriting ideas

Popular Music masterclasses at your Institution:
- Searching for the lost chord: explore a range of songwriting concepts to develop your
understanding of how pop songs are created, developed and arranged
- Get a proper job: evaluating what it means to be a 'professional' musician by evaluating careers paths and opportunities for popular music

All workshops are 90 minutes duration and cater for 10-15 students

The Performance Hub boasts exceptional teaching and learning facilities for music, dance, drama and musical theatre all under one roof, to support student learning at the highest level. The Hub also doubles up as a performance venue, with shows and independent cinema at the Black Box Theatre.
