An event for post-16 learners to experience humanities lectures and understand the careers the humanities can lead into, 1-1 personal statement clinics, student life talks & a tour of the gothic Strawberry Hill House - all at St Mary's.
The Humanities are becoming increasingly undervalued as important and necessary disciplines that develop not just the individual but society as a whole.
This conference celebrates the skills that an A level and a degree in the Humanities can give a student, and it contemplates and celebrates qualifications that prepare a student not for one career but for a multitude of careers through relevant and transferable skills such as free-thinking, creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit.
