Full event details

The programme has been designed by students at the University of York in collaboration with the Access and Outreach team. This approach allows you to learn from the experts - current students!

We welcome applications from students from a Black background, who are currently attending a state school, sixth form or college. See our full eligibility criteria at the linked webpage.

Please note that applications close on Tuesday 7 December but students can apply at any point before that deadline. Application form for Black Access can be found here - https://www.york.ac.uk/schools-and-colleges/post-16/black-access/programme/#d.en.828103.

Develop skills and knowledge to support you in your current studies and when you transition to university
Get tailored support during your further education studies through to your first year of university
Ask current Black students, about their experiences of studying and living at the University of York
Get one-to-one support on your decisions, from what to study to where to study
