Full event details

This Sport workshop is 2 hours and will cover an introduction to our collaborative programmes with the West Ham United Foundation as well as an exciting practical session where students will learn how to develop sport-specific speed. This session will be led by a leading strength and conditioning coach and involve a practical session focused on showing students how to support staff can work on physical components whilst maintaining sport-specific movements. Students will get the opportunity to test themselves using state-of-the-art equipment and see where they rank against elite athletes!

Join us to learn more about how your studies could lead you to working with the London Borough of Newham, Leyton Orient FC, West Ham United FC or even the New York Giants.
