The national ‘No Health without Mental Health’ policy defines mental health as:

“a positive state of mind and body, feeling safe and able to cope, with a sense of connection with people, communities and the wider environment”.*

With a massive predicted need for mental health service professionals and retraining and upskilling of those currently in roles, what can be done to begin a journey towards a career in mental health?

Join us to explore the predicted need for mental health services in the UK, and explore the possible careers and roles available to you. From Healthcare and Social Services, through to Outdoor Leadership professionals and roles in business, there is a vast range to be discovered.

We will also explore what types of career require a degree, and what you can do to prepare yourself for study.
