Monday 21st June, 1200-1300 BST

Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) is an incredibly misunderstood, underdiagnosed, and stigmatised neurological condition. This webinar reviews the symptoms and pathophysiology of FND, and describes the damaging and stigmatising effect that past Freudian concepts such as ‘Hysteria’ has had on modern treatment. The session will hosted by Psychology Senior Lecturer Leanne Rowlands and will also led by Abby, who will describe her experience of living with FND.
