Over the past 12 months, there has been a massive rise in the number of runners and joggers in the UK. Whether it’s your first time running or you’ve been at it for a while, there are a few things to be aware of to protect yourself from pain and injury.
Join Dr Katie Walker-Small as she takes you through a few tests and exercises you can do for yourself to prepare yourself for your daily exercise, protecting against the dreaded hamstring strain.
