Join a friendly taster to find out what it's like to study maths at university.
Mathematics is often said to be connected to all other sciences by being portrayed as, say, an important tool for solving equations. However, something much more profound is true. By asking a series of simple questions, each leading naturally into the next, I'll take us down a rabbit hole including dueling mathematicians, Les Misérables, cryptography, quantum mechanics, and hyperbolic symmetries. This journey through the rabbit hole is designed to give a glimpse into a remarkable world, filled with wonderfully complex objects, the domain of all of which is the realm of mathematics. With Carl-Fredrik Nyberg Brodda.
