"Wellbeing in organisations"
For many people the workplace is where we spend much of our time and expend a lot of our energy. So, it makes a big difference whether the organisations we work for attempt to support our wellbeing or try to maximise productivity with no regard for the people involved. In this session we explore what work means to people, what high quality jobs look like and how ignoring employee wellbeing can be a false economy. Everyone can take steps to improve workplace wellbeing, whatever their role or level in an organisation, so come along and find out more. With Helen Fitzhugh.

Monday 17 May, 16.30-17.15
