Full event details

There’s no denying it: we’re well and truly riding the wave of the digital age, an era with innovation at its heart. That said, alongside continuous breakthroughs comes the increasingly common threat of fraudulent identity. Moreover, these technological advancements in artificial intelligence go hand in hand with the rise in risk, criminal identity manipulation and the expansion of police task forces to help combat this growing problem.

Join Subeksha, current PhD in Computing student, in this student-led lecture on improving identity resolution and resolving it through the development of artificial intelligence machine based learning. She’ll also explore practical and effective techniques relevant to a variety of contexts in today’s world.

This event will be of interest to prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students who are considering studying, or have a passion for, computing and identity resolution.
