Full event details

Those attending will be invited to take part in a series of interactive webinars sessions designed to provide the opportunity to explore mathematical problem-solving more deeply and to expose them the wide variety of options available when choosing to study mathematics related subjects post 18. There will also be current Maths undergraduates to share their student experience. The day will conclude with the annual Winsten lecture. Previous Winsten speakers have included Joe Twyman, Director of Political and Social Research at YouGov, and Stella Dudzic, the 2012 Royal Statistical Society Lecturer to Schools.

Suitable for:

Teachers for Key Stage 5 (Students aged 16-18) can attend with their students and will have the opportunity to work on problems with their students.
Individual Sixth Formers (Enquiry not required to be through a school)
Duration: A half day
