Documentary Filmmaking in our times is a diverse and exciting profession. It can be found working for charities and various campaigns as well as on a broad range of TV and Cinema productions. The documentary genre relates to concepts of truth, realism, objectivity, history and knowledge.
In this session we will provide a brief overview of the skills documentary makers should have and how current practitioners explore and challenge the boundaries of documentaries.
We're delivering our Masterclasses virtually at the moment, to continue allowing you access to our amazing sessions delivered by expert academics. Throughout the sessions we will aim to meet individual needs, allow space for reflection and include time for conversations to share experiences and knowledge within the 'virtual' room.
