Never has it been so easy to create and share images with the arrival of the camera phone, but can we make it an important expression and exploration of someone’s identity?
This session will explore practical ways to re-invent how we can look at portraiture, by using creative camera techniques.
It will also include practical tips, theories and live exercises to explore new definitions of the portrait as well as looking at key photographers who have influenced the genre.
We're delivering our Masterclasses virtually at the moment, to continue allowing you access to our amazing sessions delivered by expert academics. Throughout the sessions we will aim to meet individual needs, allow space for reflection and include time for conversations to share experiences and knowledge within the 'virtual' room.
Our virtual Masterclasses are approximately an hour long, but may run longer if we have a lot of questions.
