Full event details

This event takes pupils through a variety of different skills, all based at UCB’s Brasserie restaurant. The students will make Mocktails, learn how to lay tables professionally and deliver food and beverage service to real customers. All of this is finished with a 2 course sit down meal, as a reward for all their hard work! An excellent opportunity for those taking Food/Cookery lessons, to learn about the other side of the business.

On the dates listed above you can request a Virtual Event instead! We will offer you a pre-recorded tour of UCB facilities followed by a Mocktail Making Tutorial (1hr) delivered by one of our students as a Live Webinar. We are happy to send out the equipment you will need to the school for you to utilise - please get in touch if this is how you would like to experience this event.
