Full event details

Newman University has an established reputation for outstanding teacher training. Newman’s, university based and School Direct programmes taught in partnership with high quality Teaching School Alliances, combine the understanding of education theory and teaching practice, required to make you an effective teacher and future leader. You develop skills and knowledge to inspire future generations.

This event will feature overviews on postgraduate routes into teaching, bursaries and scholarships and shortage subjects. Newman Academic staff will provide information on our PGCE courses.

There will be:

Opportunities to virtually meet academic staff and talk about starting your journey into teaching.
Opportunities to discuss aspects of application, funding, etc with Newman University staff.
Plus:

5-6pm: ‘Routes into Teaching’ live webinar

6-7pm: Q&A Zoom
