Obesity is a global problem that is growing at dramatic rate. This talk, delivered by Dr Rachel Churm of Swansea University's School of Sport & Exercise Science, will explore the negative effect obesity can have on your health, ranging from everyday aches and pains to life threatening diseases. Most importantly, it will also cover key research that is being done to tackle the obesity epidemic and to promote health.
