Your Virtual Veterinary Science Summer School will include interactive subject specific lectures and seminars, University information such as personal statements, finance, interviewing and choosing a university and course, and sessions to support the development of your study skills to prepare you for the transition to university.

You will also get to meet our wonderful team of student ambassadors studying the courses you are aspiring to as well as academics and industry professionals.

In addition, you will work in groups to complete a research project in your specialised subjects which you will present virtually to your peers, university academics and staff. We will also be offering a variety of evening entertainment including quizzes, Clubs and Society tasters and wellbeing activities. The week will be a mixture of screen work, independent study and reading and you will not be expected to sit in front of a computer screen for the entirety of the week
