This online event gives an insight into the wide range of options available to you while studying Music at City, University of London. City offers two music programmes: BMus Music and BSc Music, Sound and Technology. This session allows you to speak to members of the department focusing on each specialism.

Our BMus Music has a strong performance element underpinned by a blend of theory and practice. Through the study of classical, popular and world music the degree offers exciting new perspectives on music’s relationships with culture, technology and society. Our music tuition is provided by highly accomplished professionals active in or around London, many of whom are also teaching at the leading conservatoires in the city.

Our JAMES accredited BSc Music, Sound and Technology has a distinctive emphasis on understanding relationships between music, sound and other forms of digital media, such as film, games, web-based applications and new modes of performance which utilise music technology in novel and innovative ways.

Subject sessions are best geared for anyone thinking of starting their undergraduate studies in September 2021 and expect to achieve City's course requirements.
