BCU Masterclass: How Can Netflix teach us about Criminal Law?

This Masterclass explores how famous scenes from popular shows and movies help lawyers to understand a variety of offences. Through analysing story lines in televisions shows such as Orange is the New Black and Breaking Bad participants will see how lawyers apply the criminal law to ‘real life’ situations.

Offering a closer look at individual courses, our masterclass programmes give students in Key Stage 4 and 5 direct access to academic expertise. Within each masterclass, staff will explore contemporary topics and research, allowing students to develop a deeper understanding of current issues within their chosen subject area.
