BA (Hons) Interior and Spatial Design
Year 12 Taster Workshop:
Wednesday 26 June 2019, 1 - 4pm
DESIGN AND FURNISH YOUR OWN STUDIO
In this workshop students will gain an understanding of the design process and will start to develop spatial awareness
by surveying an existing space and creating their ideal studio in a 1:50 scale maquette.
Workshop content includes:
Surveying the space that the workshop will be held; Drawing a 1:50 scale Plan; Making a 1:50 scale maquette/Model
of the existing space; Deciding where the furniture will be located; Creating a mood board for their desired interior
on A2 card.
Students will be able to take their models and mood boards home. All materials will be provided by Bucks.
