Our nursing experience event gives you the opportunity to explore a career as a Registered Nurse in greater detail. Whether you have decided, or are yet to choose your future pathway, the event will better inform you about the programme, the essential skills needed to succeed in your chosen career and it will enable you to explore the realities of studying and working as a nurse.

The event involves a Q&A panel with Nurse Academics and Nursing Students, where you can find out what inspires them to nurse. Short simulated clinical simulation experiences will give you a taste of what it is like to be a student nurse. You will hear from lecturers who teach on our nursing programmes and you’ll have a chance to ask questions on key areas such as entry criteria, course placements and academic learning. Current nursing students will also be on hand to talk to you about student life and help answer your questions on finance, accommodation, study skills plus much more.
