Conference Aston Meeting Suites, Main Building, Aston University

Join us during National Apprenticeship Week 2019 to discover this new and exciting alternative route. Aimed at teachers, this event will give you an in depth understanding of degree apprenticeships.

Unlike the traditional university route, students wishing to undertake a degree apprenticeship won't apply through UCAS, instead they will apply directly to employers who have rigorous application processes including telephone interviews, aptitude testing, online interviews and assessment centres.

This event will cover:

An introduction to degree apprenticeships
An overview of the types of degree apprenticeships available
A step-by-step guide to the admissions process
An opportunity to hear from one of our degree apprentices
A session delivered by an Aston University partner employer
Practical workshops.
