Sport and exercise physiologists work with athletes to assess and monitor performance and health. Using the results of laboratory and field based tests, physiologists advise on how to enhance recovery and lead a healthier life. Students will explore the laboratory assessment of cardiorespiratory fitness or the physiological response to high intensity intermittent exercise.
