Full event details

Speech and Language Therapists work with a wide range of people with communication impairments. During this Taster Day at City, University of London, you will have the opportunity to explore how a Speech and Language Therapist can change a person's life by helping them to develop or regain their ability to communicate. City, University of London is rated 1st in London and 2nd in the UK for Health Professions by the 2018 Guardian League Table. Find out more about studying this exciting profession and spend the day learning practical skills and techniques with our academics in our specialist facilities.

This taster course is open to year 12 students only. Students should have, or be looking to achieve the following grades; A Level ABB or BTEC DDD - Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care or Science-related subject. All students require a minimum of five GCSE passes at grade 4 (C) or above, including English and Mathematics.

When applying to this taster course you will be asked to submit in no more than 150 words why you are interested in studying this subject. You will be selected for this event based on your answer.
