Our taster days use a range of interactive workshops to give students an insight into what it is like to study at University.
Full Event Details:
We provide schools and colleges with exciting themed activity days to suit both those students who have made up their mind to study at University and those who are still undecided. The activities are all run by lecturing staff from the Institute of Science and the Environment and are meant to provide an introduction to the kind of work done in the early stages of a degree using the authentic environment of our state of the art laboratories and computer rooms. In addition we employ current undergraduates in these sessions who are available to talk to students about University life. These activities are also available for prospective students to sign up to as individuals.
