Full Event Details:

'What social class are you?' Exploring Class in 21st Century Britain.

In this session students will learn about wider changes in British society affecting the nature of social class. For example, is social class still relevant in 21st British society? If so, how is it measured and what do changes in employment patterns and the types of jobs people are engaged in today mean for the class structure of British society? These issues, and many others, will provide the focus for this session.

The team can deliver our interactive presentations and workshops at your school/college or, alternatively, students can be brought to one of our beautiful campuses to experience what it is like to be a student.

Our Student Recruitment team with students, teachers and careers advisers deliver impartial information, advice and guidance showcasing the benefits of university.

Our aim is to inspire young minds, increase engagement of learners in our local and wider community and to increase access to higher education for all.
