We are delighted to invite you and your Level 3 students to our Subject Conferences hosted by the Department of Geography. This free conference is designed to supplement your students’ current or future studies.

Full Event Details:

Liverpool Hope University is 1st in the North West and 4th in the UK for overall Student Satisfaction from the 2016 National Student Survey. The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2017 names Liverpool Hope University 2nd in the UK for teaching excellence and 1st in the North West student experience, with the University being rated in the top 50 of UK universities.

Our Tourism subject conference will be on Wednesday 15th March 2017 from 1pm – 4pm at our Hope Park Campus, Hope Park, Liverpool, L16 9JD.

Dr Victoria Kennedy explores the connection between mass tourism and our traditional seaside resorts.

We explore how large events can be used to boost the tourist industry and develop financial revenues for towns and cities.

Here at Liverpool Hope University, our outreach team are committed to widening participation and raising aspirations of young people to maximise their potential.

The team can deliver our interactive presentations and workshops at your school/college or, alternatively, students can be brought to one of our beautiful campuses to experience what it is like to be a student.

Our Student Recruitment team with students, teachers and careers advisers deliver impartial information, advice and guidance showcasing the benefits of university.

Our aim is to inspire young minds, increase engagement of learners in our local and wider community and to increase access to higher education for all.
