For the aerospace and racing industries, turbulence is part of their design yet understanding this mysterious force remains one of the key unsolved problems in science to date. This masterclass provides an excellent opportunity for students to learn the basics of transition in a variety of engineering tasks and applications, from laminar to turbulent fluid flow. All University Engineering and Mathematics courses include programming modules so this is the perfect introductory workshop for students interested in studying those subjects for Higher Education.
